Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for residential properties, including lead generation and prospecting.

Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions aligned with available properties.

Sales Presentations: Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers, clearly articulating the benefits and features of the properties.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and assist in closing deals, ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to purchase.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that drive property visibility and attract buyers.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, offering personalized attention and timely responses to inquiries.

Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all necessary documentation, contracts, and legal requirements are completed accurately and on time.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, providing regular sales reports to management.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the market.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 3-5  years  in the Relevant field (Preferred)
  • Work Location: Chennai

Sales Targets: Developing business plans and setting sales targets.  Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, providing regular sales reports to management.

Market Intelligence: Training and mentoring Sales Managers. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to stay competitive in the market.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 3-8 years  in the Relevant field (Preferred)
  • Work Location: Chennai
  1. Drafting & Preparing Documents:
    • Create and verify property-related documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, power of attorney, MoUs, and title deeds.
    • Ensure legal accuracy and compliance with Tamil Nadu property laws and RERA regulations.
  2. Property Registration & Compliance:
    • Assist in property registration processes with the Sub-Registrar’s Office.
    • Ensure stamp duty and registration fee calculations are accurate.
    • Maintain compliance with local real estate and land acquisition laws.
  3. Legal & Title Verification:
    • Conduct title verification to confirm property ownership history.
    • Work with legal teams to ensure clear titles before transactions.
  4. Liaison with Authorities & Clients:
    • Coordinate with government offices, survey departments, and legal firms.
    • Assist buyers, sellers, and developers in document verification and sign-off processes.
  5. Records Management & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of property transactions.
    • Digitally archive legal documents for easy retrieval and reference.
  6. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment:
    • Identify potential risks in land ownership and encumbrances.
    • Advise clients on legal implications of property transactions.

Preferably FEMALE Candidates

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude
